Yes! We send all artwork as a proof before cutting the sign. You have one revision included in your order to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the custom nature of these products we produce at Laser Lines Designs, we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is personal to the photo you provided.

However, if your order arrived damaged or the artwork isn’t quite what you were expecting, please follow these steps:

• Artwork didn’t turn out the way you were hoping? Start by requesting a replacement by sending us an email and our customer care team will follow up with you. We offer a personal satisfaction guarantee up to 60 days after your order is placed.

General shipping timelines:

USA: We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of proof approval. You may experience longer shipping times, up to 3 weeks during peak holiday seasons.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 2 weeks from the date of proof approval. You may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks during peak holiday seasons.

We offer FREE USA shipping on all orders over $100+.
For orders under $100, we charge a $15 flat rate shipping to the USA. UK, CA, and AUS are calculated shipping rates at checkout.
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries.

Due to the custom nature of the wood signs, we begin work on each order promptly after the order is placed. To cancel an order, you must email us within 30 minutes of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 30 minutes, it is not possible to cancel your order.
